§ 1. General Provisions

The online store operating at this address is run by:

entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS) under the number KRS: 0001060964, NIP (Tax ID): 7750023888, REGON (Business ID): 610052387.

These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store, placing orders for products, delivering ordered products, payment of the purchase price by the Customer, the Customer's right to cancel an order and withdraw from the contract, and the rules for submitting and processing complaints.

Sales are conducted exclusively within the territory of the Republic of Poland.

§ 2. Technical Requirements

To use the Store, including browsing the assortment and placing orders, the following are required:

  • An end device with Internet access and a web browser.
  • An active electronic mail (e-mail) account.
  • Enabled cookies support.

§ 3. Rules for Placing Orders

Browsing the Store's assortment does not require creating an account.

The prices of goods visible on the website are gross prices (including VAT) and are expressed in Polish Zloty (PLN).

An order is placed when the Customer clicks the "Order with obligation to pay" (or equivalent) button.

After placing an order, the Customer receives an e-mail confirming its receipt, which is equivalent to concluding a sales contract.

§ 4. Payments

The Customer may choose the following payment methods:

  • Electronic payments (payment gateway integrated with the store, e.g., BLIK, fast wire transfers).
  • Payment by credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard).

The payment operator processes data securely and in accordance with financial regulations.

The store does not offer cash-on-delivery sales (unless this option is clearly visible in the shopping cart).

§ 5. Delivery

Delivery of goods takes place exclusively within the territory of Poland.

Available delivery methods are presented to the Customer during the order placement process (e.g., Courier, Parcel Lockers).

The order processing time (assembly and shipping) is usually 1 to 3 business days, unless stated otherwise in the product description.

The delivery cost is borne by the Customer, unless the Store specifies otherwise (e.g., as part of a free delivery promotion).

§ 6. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within the statutory period of 14 days.

As a gesture of goodwill, the Seller extends this period to 30 days from the date of receiving the goods.

Detailed return rules, including the withdrawal form, are described in the "Return Policy" tab, which is an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Customer.

§ 7. Complaints (Non-conformity of goods with the contract)

The Seller is obliged to deliver goods free from defects.

In the event of non-conformity of the goods with the contract, the Consumer is entitled to the rights specified in the Consumer Rights Act.

The Seller shall respond to the complaint request within 14 days.

§ 8. Personal Data Protection

The administrator of personal data is ELPLAST.COM P.S.A. Details regarding data processing can be found in the "Privacy Policy".

§ 9. Ceneo Trusted Reviews Program

The store participates in the "Trusted Reviews" program as part of the service provided by Ceneo.pl sp. z o.o. based in Wrocław. With the voluntary consent of the Customer, expressed during order placement, the Store transfers the Customer's e-mail address and information about the purchase made to Ceneo.pl sp. z o.o. in order to complete a survey evaluating the purchasing process and reviewing the products.

§ 10. Final Provisions

In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.

The Customer has the opportunity to use out-of-court methods of processing complaints and pursuing claims, including via the ODR platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

The Seller reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions. For contracts concluded before the amendment of the Terms and Conditions, the version in force on the day the order was placed shall apply.
