Refund policy

1. Right to Withdraw from the Agreement
As a consumer (or a natural person running a business, provided the purchase is not of a professional nature for you), you have the right to withdraw from the sales agreement concluded in our online store without giving any reason.

  • Withdrawal Period: 14 days (statutory) – however, we extend this period to 30 calendar days from the date you receive the goods.

2. Conditions for Returning Goods
To receive a full refund, the goods should be returned in a condition that allows them to be resold as new:

  • You may inspect the features of the goods as you would in a physical store.
  • You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.
  • We recommend returning the goods in their original packaging along with proof of purchase (invoice/receipt).

3. Step-by-Step Return Procedure

  • Notification: Send an email to info@elplast.com including your order number.
  • Package Preparation: Securely pack the product and include the withdrawal form (you may use the template below).
  • Shipping: Send the goods to our warehouse address:

Note: We do not accept "cash on delivery" (COD) shipments.

4. Costs and Refunds

  • Return Shipping Cost: The direct cost of returning the goods to us is borne by the Buyer.
  • Refund of Payments: We will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of the cheapest standard delivery offered in our store, no later than 14 days from receiving your withdrawal notice.
  • Withholding Refunds: We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of having sent them back.
  • Refund Method: We will process the refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right to return does not apply to, among others:

  • Personalized products (made to the customer's specifications).
  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • Audio/video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the package was opened after delivery.

6. Complaints (Warranty for Defects)

If the product is defective or was damaged during transport:

  • Email us at info@elplast.com describing the issue.
  • In the event of a product defect, ELPLAST.COM P.S.A. bears full responsibility in accordance with applicable Polish law regarding the lack of conformity of goods with the contract.
  • We provide repair, replacement, or a refund in case of significant defects.
