Shipping policy

Shipping Area: Poland Only
1. Order Processing Time
We strive to process all orders as efficiently as possible.
- Processing Time: Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed and handed over to the carrier (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
- Notification: You will receive an email notification as soon as your order ships.
- If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship exclusively within Poland. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Available methods:
- Parcel Lockers (Paczkomaty InPost): Delivery to a selected locker (usually 1-2 business days from dispatch).
- Courier Service (InPost / DPD / DHL): Delivery to your door (usually 1-2 business days from dispatch).
Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping for all orders over 200 PLN.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Damages and Issues
While ELPLAST.COM P.S.A. is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping by the carrier, we are here to support you.
If you received your order damaged:
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
- Take photos of the damage.
- Contact us immediately at info@elplast.com so we can assist you with the claim and arrange a replacement.
5. International Shipping
We do not ship outside of Poland at this time.
